공과대학 행정팀에서는 2023학년도 전기 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 진행하고자 하오니 업무에 참조하시기 바라며 석사 졸업예정자에게 관련 사항을 안내하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 행사명 : 2023학년도 전기 학위수여식 (석사)

2. 일 시 : 2024. 2. 15.(목) 10:30~

3. 장 소 : 서울캠퍼스 올림픽체육관

4. 참석대상 : 일반대학원 석사 졸업예정자 및 가족, 지도교수

5. 석사 및 박사 졸업예정자 학생 공통 공지사항

※ 영문이름 확인 및 수정 : HY-in→My 홈→기본설정→신상정보정정 (2월 2일까지)

※ 학위기 재발행시 비용이 발생하므로(30,000원/1부) 학생의 full name이 정확하게 입력되었는지 다시 한 번 확인해주시기 바랍니다. (외국인 학생의 경우 반드시 확인 필요)

6. 학위복 대여 및 학위기 수령

  1) 학위복 대여 및 반납 (석사)

   가. 일시 : 2024. 02. 15.(목) 09:00~16:00 (※점심시간도 가능)

   나. 장소 : 제 1공학관 103호 ((건물번호 212)

  2) 학위기 배부 (당일 배부 원칙)

   가. 일시 : 2023. 2. 15.(목) 09:00~16:00 (※점심시간도 가능)

   나. 장소 : 제1공학관 103호 (건물번호 212)

     ※ 학위기는 학위복 반납 후 수령 가능

     ※ AI응용학과, 데이터사이언스학과, 미래모빌리티학과, 미래자동차공학과, 블록체인융합학과, 인공지능학과, 정보보안학과, 정보시스템학과, 지능융합학과, 컴퓨터·소프트웨어학과 의 학위복 대여 및 학위기 배부 관련 사항은 소프트웨어 RC 행정팀에서 별도 안내 예정

■ 유의사항:

A. 학위기는 학위복 반납 후 수령 가능 (케이스는 선지급)

B. 학위기는 고유한 문서로 2023. 2. 15.(목) 09:00~16:00 당일만 배부 가능하며,

본인 수령이 원칙이나 부득이 하게 본인이 수령 못할 경우 대리인 수령이 가능

※ 대리인 수령 시 붙임의 대리수령증(서명 날인된) 직접 지참하여 현장 제출 요함

Information on the 2023 first semester graduation ceremony

We sincerely congratulate you on your graduation. we support your future and another new beginning.

The College of Engineering's administrative team would like to hold the 2023 first semester graduation ceremony as follows.

Please refer to this in your work and provide relevant information to prospective master's degree graduates.

1. Event name: 2023 first semester graduation ceremony (Master’s Degree)

2. Date: 2024. 2. 15. (Thursday) 10:30

3. Location: Seoul Campus Olympic Gymnasium

4. Attendance: Expected graduates from general graduate schools, their families, and advisors

5. Notice for students expected to graduate with master’s and doctoral degrees

1) Check and edit English name: HY-in → My Home → Basic Settings → Edit personal information (until February 2)

※ A fee will be incurred for reissuing the diploma (30,000 won/copy), so please double-check that the student's full name is entered correctly. (For international students, confirmation is required)

2) Graduation gown rental

A) Date: 2024. 2. 15. (Thursday) 09:00~16:00 (Lunch time also available)

B) Location: Room 103, Engineering Building 1

6. Distribution of diplomas (principle of same-day distribution): 2023. 2. 15. (Thursday) 09:00~16:00

(Lunch time also available)

Notice:

A. You can receive your diploma after returning your diploma (cases are prepaid)

B. It is a unique document for the academic year and can only be distributed on the day of February 15, 2023 (Thursday) 09:00~16:00.

In principle, you must receive it in person, but if you cannot receive it yourself, you can receive it by proxy. In this case, you must submit the attached proxy receipt (please refer to attached file and signed).

For matters related to the Doctoral degree conferment ceremony,

please contact the graduate school headquarters as they will be held separately at the graduate school headquarters.
