Vision & History

  • Hanyang University College of Engineering, in the midst of colonialism and war, initiated Korea¡®s first private engineering colleage, planting the seeds of Korea¡¯s dreams. The spirit of technology that has cultivated talented people to serve the nation has spurred hope and spread the branches of growth amidst any challenges.

    In addition, it has become a ¡®growth engine of Korea¡¯, with beautiful flowers blooming with energy, constant
    challenge and growth. Now, Hanyang University College of Engineering is making another leap forward towards
    world-class university. The future of Hanyang will become another part of history that will open Korea's future.
